TSTARC General Weld Probes

Sonatest offers a range of TSTARC general weld probes in two different lines:

Compression variant

Twin crystal 0° compression wave probe with hard face (ceramic) for long life.  Very good sensitivity and resolution.  For use on smooth and machines surfaces.

Shear wave variant

Angle beam twin crystal probe with 8 x 5 mm (x2) crystal size in stainless steel houding.  This product has very good sensitivity and resolution especially on near face and short range detection.
